Service Policy Terms & Condition

1) Your watch is covered under X- Assured service policy for any manufacturing defects

2) You can arrange a pick up for your watch via the service section by filling in simple details

3) Please note: Only the watch head will be repaired/replaced. Watch straps are not covered under warranty

4) Max Pro Smartwatch provides a best in class Warranty, which includes a home pickup and return warranty service. Under the terms of service, Maxima will pick up the defective unit from your location, repair it, and return it back to your location. We will incur all repair, logistics, and insurance costs in this process.

5) Delivery Boy will check the condition of the watch and take photographs of the product before pickup and at dropoff. This is to ensure that no damage is incurred during the Transition/Transport of the product

6) Things not covered under warranty - Product has been subject to unauthorized tampering, modification or repairs. Damage due to abuse, neglect, improper use, handling, storage, installation, or testing, including any use that is not in accordance with the product manual, documentation, or other instructions provided along with the product. maxima will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of incidental, special or consequential damage or loss.

8) Maximawatches can change/cancel the service policy statements without any prior notification.

9) The information contained herein is subject to change without notice. The only warranties for Max Pro products and services are included in the X- Assured service policy warranty statements accompanying such products and service
